Our services
In most cases, we are initially engaged as a Company’s Corporate/Financial Adviser. In respect of capital raisings, we would also normally undertake the role of Lead Manager and/or Issue Sponsor. Finally, subject to the particular circumstances of the transaction and the client’s needs, we will also look to Underwrite part or all of the raising. In the context of these roles, we would seek to provide clients with assistance in the four key aspects of any transaction:
