Mr Wood is also a Chartered Accountant by background, having spent a further 14 years in the profession with two of Australia’s leading firms. Based in Sydney today, Mr Wood has worked overseas for several years in the past, including over 2 years in London, UK and a further year in Auckland, NZ.

K S Capital was formed as a boutique corporate advisory house focussed on assisting and advising clients in the small and micro cap sectors of the market. Our typical corporate client will have a market capitalisation in the range of $5m to $100m.

The Company was incorporated in April 2007 and proceeded to obtain its own Australian Financial Services Licence No. 316880.
The licence enables K S Capital to advise upon and deal in securities, as well as underwrite capital raisings.

The Company’s founder, Mr Gregory Wood, operates exclusively as Managing Director. Mr Wood has an extensive history in the corporate advisory, merchant banking and financial services industries and, for the past 25 years has specialised in capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions advice, public company takeovers and financial reconstructions.
